Ajala Art Show

May 5th, 2018

The Ajala Art Show, formerly staged under the auspices of The Ajala Group, will this year be presented by AJAH Foundation, Inc.

The Ajala Art Show provides a platform for established and aspiring artists, from varying expressions, to share and market their work to the community.

The event which will run from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2018, will highlight visual and performing artists (including Literary). A special attraction at this edition will be the presence of renowned Jamaican singer A. J. Brown, of Third World Band, as both Visual Artist and Performer. Kristine Alicia will also perform pieces from her acclaimed album “Songs of Zion.”

This fourth staging of the event will again be held at The Historic Ali Cultural Art Center, located at 353 MLK Boulevard, Pompano Beach, Florida.

The “not-for-profit” nature of the event is maintained and the featured charity will be “Gateway Community Outreach.”

There will be a Silent Auction and Free Refreshments.

Canned foods and Clothing will be collected for the special charity.

A donation of $5.00 at the gate.

As one event goer remarked at the last event in April 2017 – “This was such an Edifying and Fun Experience in Support of Charity & Art, with slamming Music and Poetry”!
